I. A Gentle Reminder: Time Is Precious

The problem today is that we think we have forever. In the year 2020, the year 2025 seemed a million miles away. But here we are approaching the end of the year 2024.

Before we know it the year 2030 will be upon us. The point is time is moving so fast these days.
Weeks can feel like days, months can feel like weeks, and before we know it, another year has come to pass, so don't wait to live—this isn't a rehearsal.
Don't postpone feeling worthy or loved. Let go of anger. Be kind to everyone you meet because everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.
If there's something you know deep down you need to do, then don't put it off any longer—just do it, do it now.

Remember, our time here is limited. Don't take the moments for granted; appreciate them—especially with the people you love and lead. And hope that one day you can look back and know you've made the most of this whole experience and miracle we call life.

II. The In-Between

There is a place called the in-between.

A place where you don't quite fit into your old life.
But you have not yet arrived at your next destination.
And while it may feel frustrating at times, this is a space of transformation.

So let go. Allow yourself to be where you are, in this moment, without forcing the future or resenting the past.

This stage will pass too. And soon you'll look back with gratitude for the lessons and growth it brought you.

III. The Energy for 2025

The energy for 2025 is:

No longer waiting to do the things that will bring you great joy.
Making ample time to rest because feeling healthy and strong in your body is cooler than being busy.
Staying in your peace even when people are trying to drag you into their storm.
Treating your intuition like a compass because you know from past experience that it is leading you the right way.
Tuning out all the fads and focusing just on what you personally need for your health and inner balance.
No longer being agreeable or falling into people pleasing. Instead just double down on what is true for you.

2025 is the year you say yes to the habits that make your life shine the brightest.
