Happy New Year!

I wanted to give you an update that recaps the last year, tells you what you can expect from me this year, and reminds you of some sweet resources I have for you.

Also, I realized I rarely share pictures of myself... so enjoy!

2024

This past year was packed with huge milestones and a rollercoaster of emotions. Both my cofounders of Conversion Factory had babies in July! We also made our first hires. The SaaS I built after learning to code got its first customer. I traveled to 11 different conferences all around the world, including NYC, Ottawa, Cabo San Lucas, London, Dubrovnik, and Dublin.

Conversion Factory Client Highlights

• Sensible: Helped double ARR from $500K to $1M by revamping their product marketing and providing designs for creative projects (one of which hit the top of Hacker News!).
• LACRM: 20% increase in conversions on their homepage through A/B testing.
• Senja: 17% conversion lift with ICP-focused landing page redesigns and dev.
• KinectAir: Boosted signups by 20x through a complete website overhaul with strategic CRO and signup CTA placement.
• DevStats: Landed their first three enterprise clients with rebranding, website copy, and Webflow development.
• SiteGPT: Tripled booked demos with a site rewrite and redesign focused on conversions.
• Reeve: Rewrote, redesigned, and built their new site in just 16 days!

Launches

• Copy, design, and web dev for productized services like Latin Remote Workers and Lyon.
• Published the 2024 State of SaaS Marketing Report.
• Launched two free Webflow templates: Standard Issue and Vanilla.
• Introduced an awesome referral program where participants can win a free vacation.
• Launched Truelist.io, which is growing nicely with Google Ads.
• A small investment I made in a company called TRMNL launched on Kickstarter (and knocked it out of the park!).

2025

Looking ahead, I'm doubling down on SwipeFiles and how I can help SaaS companies grow via content, services, and SaaS tools. This is gonna be a BIG year. Conversion Factory is directly investing into SwipeFiles so we can pump out more great resources for you.

• Add-on Services: Now offering Ads and SEO Content as add-ons to clients on our base Product Marketing plan.

New Content

• Ebooks: Launching 100+ SaaS Marketing Ideas and The SaaS CRO Handbook.
• Real Book: Publishing Founding Marketing, a comprehensive guide to early-stage SaaS growth.
• Workshops: Live group sessions on homepage copywriting and how to leverage AI without getting worse at copywriting.
• Newsletters: More editions on novel SaaS marketing case studies and tactics.

Upcoming Launches

• Refreshing SwipeFiles with an updated look.

On a more personal note, I wrote some blog posts about how to get into marketing, how I increased my testosterone by 45% naturally, recovering from divorce, and more.

I'm really proud of what I accomplished in 2024, and 2025 promises even more.
