Hi there,

This morning, we announced CB Insights’ acquisition of Dow Jones VentureSource assets. 

Through our very first acquistion, we will be adding an immense amount of data to CB Insights to help our clients discover and understand technology companies, their investors, and the broader technology ecosystem.

Specifically, we will be adding the following: 

• 100,000+ private company valuations

• 500,000+ management team/business leader names 

• 7,000+ service provider/advisor relationships

As you saw with our recent addition of PPP loan data to the CB Insights platform in < 36 hours, our technology and data teams work very quickly.  

We’ll be working rapidly on the Dow Jones VentureSource data and expect to have it ingested, integrated, and visible on the CBI platform in August.
