It takes a village – the power of community and conversations

Hi there,

Intercom has always been about making internet business personal. Our belief in the power of conversations is integral to everything we do, which is why we wanted to find a way for you, our customers, to have conversations and build relationships with one another.

As the saying goes, "It takes a village," which is why we see last week's launch of Interconnected – Intercom's customer community forum – as being the town hall where our community can congregate. It's a forum where you can share your expertise and learn from other industry experts on all things Intercom.

Not only that but this week also sees the launch of Series - our visual campaign builder which offers a new, visual way to create engagement campaigns, onboarding flows, map your ideal customer journey and more. In between launches we also found the time to chat to Mark Roberge (formerly of Hubspot's village) to chat about the science of scaling.
