Hey all,
I’ve been a writer since 2010, where I’ve written over 300 posts on tech, startups, and business. In fact, I’ve been a writer for longer than I’ve been a founder. Many of my posts are nestled somewhere in this Substack, on page 22 of the archives, begging to be read. My old posts are competing for attention, facing off against my new company and newfound focus, Forward Thinking City.
Forward Thinking City has a newsletter that’s all about current startup news and rising startups, which you have been reading for months now. My long form posts are all about sharing a strong point of view about something VC or startup related. These two themes don’t fit well together in one single newsletter, so as of today, I am separating the two.
This Substack is now my personal newsletter
As of today this Substack publication is going to be my personal newsletter. It will be my canvas where I propose big ideas, explore under appreciated topics, and share my worldview with you all. It will be inconsistent. 10 posts one week, no posts the next. There will not be a cadence you can rely on, other than that of my creative spurts. Here are a few posts that serve as examples of types of posts I write, when inspiration strikes.
I have 200 more just like these and will likely write hundreds more over the next few years. If you like what you see, stick around. I’m just getting started.
The Forward Thinking Newsletter is Moving
Forward Thinking newsletter is ultimately aiming to be the Morning Brew for Pre-seed startup content. We want to cover the whole industry, up to Series A, with great reporting delivered via newsletters. In order to build to the scale we need, we are moving to ConvertKit to run the Forward Thinking Newsletter stack. Want to follow along with Forward Thinking?
