I just found out that November is National Career Development Month. Feels a little random, tbh. I mean, every month can be career development month! And flip side: Every month — especially in this year 2020 — also doesn’t have to be.

But it’s true that performance review season is around the corner for many people, and if that’s you, it’s a good time to take stock and get prepared before the holidays hit. So this week, we’re sharing some guidance to get you focused.
