Good morning!

The second week of 2021 was hectic, but rewarding.

Building in isolation always makes me uneasy. A strong feedback loop is what helps anyone or any product become great over a period of time, and I'm really happy that after building DelightChat for 4 months (by the end of Jan), we will finally be onboarding real users and entering that phase.

Our app is also 99% ready to be reviewed for the Shopify app store. We will submit it on Monday 🤞

Last week, I talked about how I'll try changing my routine to bring health and work in balance. Turns out, I screwed up again.

I made all the rookie mistakes that one does when trying to form new habits and routines. What made me disappointed in myself was - I thought I knew how to do this. Turns out, I had grown complacent over the years. I won't let that hold me back anymore.

Obviously, I ended up writing a post about it.

The idea behind writing this post is to remind myself of what I'm supposed to be doing, do those things deliberately, and actually make progress.

And if this post helps someone else stuck in the same trap as I am, then I'll call it a win-win.
