Survey says.... 67% of people who read before bed say that it helps them drift off more easily. This year we're building rituals that can help sustain and support us, and we've got an idea: Why not leverage your love of books to build bedtime rituals that put you in a calmer, more relaxed mindset before bed?

Yep, we're all about the designated before-bed book stack, taking the time to reflect on what type of books put you in a calm and sleepy mood and keeping those near your bedside so you can read to sleep. Here are some before-bed book recommendations for whatever type of reader you are.
