New devices are hitting Amazon [Trending Keywords]

Hi Reader,

Lots of new devices have been launched in the past few weeks, and they’ve already dominated the Amazon search rankings! So much has gone on in these past two weeks, we honestly can’t wait to tell you. Let’s jump right into it and take a look at today’s top 10 biggest movers!

In an effort to make Crocs more appealing to the “zoomer” generation, Crocs has recently released their new Lavender Classic Clog shoes featuring popstar icon Justin Bieber! It looks like their new marketing campaign ran successfully after they’ve sold out of the Classic Clogs after just a few days.

In the interview with Bieber, he states that “Crocs with socks is definitely the move,” and it seems that his words may have convinced many consumers, including those of Amazon. The keyword croc tennis shoes is positioned at #2 of our top 10 mover’s list and products related to this keyword have taken advantage of this trend, going from selling 71 units to 271 units a day in the time span of just a few days.

Speaking of increase, Amazon has just announced its latest FBA fee updates for 2021. Find out what the fee increases actually mean as they reveal who’s going to be impacted the most: Amazon FBA Fees in 2021 Are Going Up – How Much?

As the technology market continues to boom in popularity during quarantine, we're seeing a lot of new specialized devices. The Bose Sleepbuds 2 are not actually headphones that you can use to listen to music or podcasts, but this new device is specifically designed to be used in bed to help people have better sleep. Sales of this device have skyrocketed on Amazon, selling from 76 units to 1862 units in the past few days.

Sony’s new Playstation 5 console has been in high demand ever since its launch, but because of the global chip shortage currently affecting processor manufacturing, inventory at major retailers has been low. However, restocks are starting to drop more regularly. The console is still out of stock in Amazon, whose restock earlier this month sold out quickly, selling 125 units on March 3 and 121 units just two weeks later. Two keywords related to the PS5 appear in today’s top 10 movers, one of them taking the #5 spot and another taking the #9 spot.

Like the suppliers dealing with the restock issues, there are a lot of problems that sellers find when selling on Amazon. Not everything is unicorns and rainbows, but we’ve gathered some of the most frequently asked questions we’ve received over the years and answered them here: Top 10 Problems that Amazon Sellers Face and How to Deal with Them.

For some reason, “girls gifts” are among the top biggest shakers this week but we have no idea why. If you’ve got a clue, don’t leave us scratching our heads!! Reply back with why you think “girls gifts” are currently trending. We’d also like to be in the loop!

Happy selling,
Helena
