Hi Reader, "Building in public" time... We're one month(ish) away from the next cohort of Minimum Viable Video. That means producing and publishing a ton of content (me the written pieces, Cam the videos) to tell our audience about the power of videos and get them excited for what's to come. I'm feeling nervous / excited about our launch. Heard from many creators that this never goes away. The main questions on my mind: Are we doing enough? Is our email list big enough? Is our content good enough? The thing is...we'll never know for sure if anything is ever enough. We have to do our best and trust the process. Important reminder that you don't "own" your followers. They can be easily taken away from you. Start building your email list.
