💸 Romanian unicorn UiPath raised $1.34bn in its IPO, bringing the company a $35.8bn market capitalisation. Read our story on how early investors could see returns of 220,000%.

💻 Alphawave IP Group, the Anglo-Canadian silicon chip designer, has announced plans for a $4.5bn IPO on the London Stock Exchange. It was originally planning to list in North America.

🔒 Deep Instinct, an Israeli cybersecurity company, has raised a $100m Series D round. The company uses deep learning AI to defend against attacks in "milliseconds."

🍄 Peter Theil-backed psychedelics startup Atai, which develops drugs to help treat mental health conditions, is planning to raise $100m through an IPO, its filings show.

🍲 Belgian foodtech startup Deliverect, which provides software to restaurants to organise online orders, has raised a $65m Series C round. It saw a 750% growth in usage last year.

🛍️ In other foodtech news, London-based speedy grocery company Dija, which aims to deliver goods within 10 minutes, has launched in Madrid and Paris.

🚑 Proximie raises $38m. The British healthtech uses augmented reality to allow surgeons to work together from different geographical locations. The company describes its mission as creating a "borderless operating room".


📈 Neobroker Bitpanda raised $170m, giving it a $1.2bn valuation. The platform offers investing in fractional shares, starting from €1.

🚗 Paris-based Ornikar, which runs an online driving school, has raised a $120m Series C round. The company connects students with instructors and has an online platform for theory practice.
