Who is the average EcomCrew Premium member?

Get Unlimited 1-on-1 Help for $125/month

Hey Reader,

EcomCrew Premium is open until Monday.

If you’re still wondering what it is and whether it’s for you, here are some FAQs about Premium:

Who is the average EcomCrew Premium member?

The average EcomCrew premium member is an existing seller who has lifetime sales of at least $50,000.

How often do EcomCrew members contact you (Dave and Mike) directly?

While some members contact us several times a month and others never contact us at all, the average member contacts us via email approximately 5 times during their membership. Below are our Help Scout statistics during the last 12 months.

Why do members contact you?

Some members enroll in EcomCrew Premium knowing the questions they’ll be asking well ahead of time. For instance, they may have a “stuck listing” (an Amazon listing that has lost significant sales momentum) or need help developing a new product. Many of our members get the most value for questions they never anticipated. For example, an account suspension or the sudden decision to buy or sell a brand.

What are the twice-monthly live webinars exactly?

We host two live monthly webinars, exclusive for EcomCrew Premium members, each month. One is a live Q&A webinar where members pre-submit questions or ask their questions live. Most members send their questions via chat or email, but some members choose to turn on their microphones.

Our other webinar is a Secret Sauce webinar. It is a deep dive into a particular topic, often with a guest but also sometimes hosted by Mike or me. We’ve hosted dozens of these over the last several years and the topics include everything from using Instagram to drive revenue, Amazon Listing Reviews, to photography workshops.

How often are your courses updated?

Overall, we seek to create or significantly update our courses multiple times a year. One of the reasons why we’ve made EcomCrew Premium a membership and not just a course is to force us to be continually updating our content. In Spring 2021, we provided a significant update to our Build a 7-Figure Brand course which included the Cockroach Method – a method for product development focusing on large and expensive items.

Is EcomCrew Premium for Amazon sellers only?

No. While we do provide a lot of Amazon-specific content, much of the content is “platform agnostic.” For example, our Email Flows to Riches course is applicable for sellers of all platforms as well as our Import from China Like a Pro course. Our Secret Sauce webinars routinely focus on topics such as live SEO reviews, financing webinars, legal considerations webinars, and so on.

Joining EcomCrew Premium can be a game-changing decision for your ecommerce company. Hopefully, this email helped answer some of the questions you may have. If you have any other questions, feel free to respond to this email or give EcomCrew Premium a try – we have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Experience Premium

All the best,

Dave Bryant
