Yo, what's up!  

I never used to be into art. Then I started adding it to my newsletter, and all of a sudden....boom, 80% of my instagram feed are from amazing artists!

There are often times times where I'll just do this endless scroll of my saved posts just to admire the art that I have been digitally collecting for the last 4/5 months. Also, I find that art gives you a tiny hit of dopamine, which is surprisingly therapeutic. 

I have a really wild theory. Its that if we as people dont indulge in something that stimulates us creatively, then our own mental well-being will tank. Pick up a project, create an app, start a vegetable garden, try your hand at cooking! 

For me perosally, I love cooking. Some people see it as chore, I see it as a way to unwind and focus on something that will consume all my attention in that present moment.
