Here are six signs that it’s time to quit your job

The Great Resignation is upon us, and if you’re among those thinking about changing jobs, we’ve got you covered. For starters, you may want to read up on the impact of making such a major change. And while you’re at it, it never hurts to redo your resume. It’s a good exercise to see what you’ve accomplished to determine if all you might need is some professional development to stick with your current employer. Finally, if you’re on the other side of things as a hiring manager, there are some things you can do to prepare for (and possibly prevent) the exodus if it’s coming to your organization.
