Forbes - 💉Biden’s vaccine mandate

President Joe Biden is now requiring workers in the private sector to get vaccinated or be subject to weekly COVID tests
President Joe Biden’s latest vaccination vision is simple: Everyone needs to be jabbed (or take weekly Covid tests) in order to work.

The president announced last week that companies with more than 100 employees will now have to require their workers to get vaccinated or be subject to weekly Covid-19 tests. Companies that don’t comply risk a $14,000 fine per violation.

In total, over 100 million Americans are affected by the new mandate.

Of course, the president’s announcement was not met lightly. He’s now being met with legal challenges from a handful of Republican governors across the country. Some legal analysts aren’t sure if he can require such a mandate, while others say he is working on “rock-solid” legal grounds.

What happens next? Probably a few lawsuits. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
