Udemy filed their S-1 to go public with $479M in revenue, across 44M customers.

An exploration of concentration risk within financial infrastructure companies.
CB Insights published their quarterly State of Venture Capital report. Pretty awesome to see that of the biggest deals in venture, Race Capital, was involved with two of them: FTX and Databricks.
