The CryptoFinney burn mechanism on Ethereum will go live Friday 6pm EST.

Before you burn (destroy) any Finney you should check the rarity of its attributes here.

Burning has become synonymous with CryptoFinney, and our latest release on Ethereum is no different. Finney will once more be put to the fire to create various Baremetal and Unicorn Finneys. So why do we burn Finneys?

To reduce the total supply of Finneys.
Drive demand for low-priced Finneys on the market helping to raise the floor.
Create new opportunities to assign utility to upgraded Finneys.

2 burn layers will be available at launch with a secret layer to be released in 2022.

Baremetal Finney

Burn any 3 CryptoFinney’s to create 1 Baremetal Finney of various metal and ETH logo rarities. Load your account into our custom UI and select 3 Finneys you are comfortable burning, then click “Upgrade”. Your freshly minted Baremetal Finney will appear in your account once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.

Unicorn Finney

Burn any 2 BareMetal Finneys to create 1 Unicorn Finney of various metal rarities. Load your account into our custom UI and select 2 BareMetal Finneys you are comfortable burning, then click “Upgrade”. Your freshly minted Unicorn Finney will appear in your account once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.

PLEASE NOTE: Burning a Finney means your NFT is destroyed forever.

Utility

Unicorn Finney holders will have the opportunity to claim an NFT cover of the Finney Vol. 1 Comic (storyboard version). The new version will be in traditional storyboard style and span 44+ pages. The only way to access the digital comic will be with your NFT cover. We plan to release the comic in early 2022.
