Week 2. Track your daily activities
I don't have time. The day is unpredictable. I forget myself in an endless flow of 'important' or really important activities. 

These are words we are saying to ourselves. Probably that's right. It's a stressful period of your life, or you have the pressure of responsibilities, and you are surrounded by all fronts. 

But give a chance to the next exercise. 

Imagine your day as a sequence of 30 minutes or 15 minutes time periods, from waking up to your preparation for sleep. These periods are filled with your physical exercises, commuting, playing online games, meditating, chatting, attending work meetings, or simply doing nothing. 

Use your notes, a sheet of paper or download the template below and line up it with time slots from the beginning of the day to the end—each page for one day. 
During the day, write down at each time slot what you've been doing this time. Write them all down. Don't cheat trying to hide things. If you were lying on the sofa and staring at the wall for one hour – write it down. If you were scrolling Instagram for half an hour – place it in the time slot. 

The purpose of this exercise is to discover what exactly you were doing all day. Define what a waste of time and which part of the day you were most productive and creative was. 

Make your conclusions.

Rules

At the end of every day, have filled out today's activities at each 30 minutes time slot. 
Add your activities during the day or at the end before sleep.
