There are currently 22 sites listed for sale here on Motion Invest - they cover a wide range of niches and are for sale between $1K and $112K.

The site listing pictured above is an interesting one.

You can see it’s in the food and kitchen niche, it’s almost 2 years old, and it’s made an average of $2,614 per month over the last 12 months.

The good news for any potential buyers is that the earnings are increasing steadily as well. They haven’t dropped off, as is the case with some listings, but both traffic and earnings are on the rise.
