⚠️ Beware of false-positives

🏡 Curious: what's happening with real estate in your area?

In Canada (especially in BC and Ontario) there's been huge increases in the cost of housing. This article was especially high-opening (most affordable and un-affordable cities in North America).

In Canada, "the average price of a home is $686,650. In Ontario, that jumps to $887,290 and in British Columbia, it’s $913,471." (Source)
