What’s new in December? (Updates and fixes)

I thought you might like to know how we’ve improved your workflow to make buying and selling startups easier than ever. 

But first – I have some big news to share 📣

We’ve raised an additional $5 million in funding from the startup community to accelerate building the world’s most founder-friendly startup acquisition marketplace. Our mission is to bring the startup acquisition market together, with trust, transparency, and ease of use.

The eagle-eyed among you will know that this brings our total funding to $11.3 million!

That’s one heck of a war chest, and we plan to invest the latest round in new product and engineering talent to help turn more founder journeys into success stories.

Now, on with December’s product update.
How has your MicroAcquire experience changed?

First, we’ve overhauled our search engine and filters. You can now search and filter startups much easier than before, with less scrolling and backtracking.  

We prioritized the filters based on those you use most, and they now sit along the top of the marketplace leaving more space for each listing (and an easier reading experience for you). 

Second, we’ve combined statuses with actions, and added more text to buttons. You can now view the statuses of your requests and respond to them from the same place.

We’ve also upgraded the requests page to include a search bar, LOI status filter, and a button to complete acquisitions. Requests now have tags for easy sorting, too.
