Tip of the Day

Have a pile of old papers you need to shred? See if your bank has a “shred day” where customers can bring in paper to get securely shredded.

Happy Monday! The start of the week means it’s time to check out everything coming to Netflix this week. There’s a lot of new stuff but the crime drama parody Murderville has definitely caught our eye. Not a bad follow-up to last week’s well-received parody The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.

Speaking of houses, if you’ve ever wondered what exactly the deal is with those super fast centipedes you find in your home, we’ve got the inside scoop (including why you shouldn’t kill the poor little guys).

Still working on your New Year’s hydration goals? Check out these fun and functional water bottles. And while you’re at it, check another goal off your list by getting your meal prep routine up and running.

And water cooler trivia? How about a nod to the history of space exploration. On this day in 1958, the United States launched its first satellite, Explorer 1, kicking off the space race between American and Soviet space programs.
