This is a great product description & graphics by Magic Spoon:

This colorful graphic shows the different flavor offerings with surrounding copy that gives all of the benefits which are the nutritional benefits.

I'm not sure if eating cereal is ACTUALLY that healthy or not, but this ad shows how Magic Spoon cereal is at least better than the competition.

Thought:

Here's a list of questions you can ask yourself to "grow" more.

For example:

If you're stuck on a problem, maybe apply one of these questions to the problem:

⇨ How can I 10X this?
⇨ What’s the most FUN way to do this?
⇨ What is my $1000/hour skill? And how can I do more of it?
⇨ How do I β€œwin” in this situation? How do I lose?
⇨ What solutions lie in my zone of influence?
⇨ What would my hero do?
⇨ What is my β€œwhy”?
⇨ What is my β€œenough” amount?
⇨ What does my perfect day look like?
⇨ Who can I connect with that has accomplished what I want to accomplish?
⇨ What does the SIMPLEST version of this plan or solution look like?
⇨ How would I accomplish this in only 30 minutes?
⇨ What would I do to make this work if my life literally depended on it?
⇨ What if this was the last time you could ____?
⇨ What’s in it for them?
⇨ How can I make a 1% improvement in my _____ this week?
⇨ What if we reversed it?
⇨ What can I do this week to purposely step outside of my comfort zone?
⇨ What 20% of my efforts gives me 80% of my results?
⇨ What can I learn from this person?

Extra Questions To Ask:

⇨ What if I didn’t speak it, but wrote it out?
⇨ What are three experiences I’m grateful for today?
⇨ How can I make this a no-brainer for them to say yes?
⇨ Apart from growth and money, what is my purpose?
⇨ How has this problem been solved before in other industries?
⇨ How would I explain my company to a 5-year-old?
⇨ How would a 5-year-old solve this?
⇨ What’s one action I can do to strengthen my relationship with ___ today?
⇨ What’s the absolute worst that could happen?
⇨ What’s the best that could happen?
⇨ Does this choice align with my personal mission statement?
⇨ What unproven assumptions am I making about this?
⇨ What decision/habit/action would Future Me thank me for?
⇨ How can I reframe my goals so they focus on tasks (instead of outcomes)?
⇨ What value is this activity adding to my life?
⇨ What am I afraid of?
⇨ What’s the opportunity cost?
⇨ How can I do more of what’s worked in the past?
⇨ What’s my Plan B?
⇨ How can I do the OPPOSITE of what everyone else is doing?
⇨ Am I doing this because it’s truly the best decision for me? Or just because it’s what I’m β€œsupposed” to do?

Uplifting:

This guy Hidreley Diao uses AI and computers to render what historical figures look like.

These results are amazing!!

George Washington:

Apu from The Simpsons:

Ben Franklin:

Moe from The Simpsons:

Napoleon Bonaparte:

Leonardo DaVinci:

Arial from The Little Mermaid:

This is so interesting because we always see historical figures in these outlandish clothes and poses, and we forget they were just normal people most of the time.

Napoleon is always depicted like this:

When in reality most of the time he probably looked like this:

You can see more examples of these faces here and here.

Picture:

So all last week I was at a birthday party trip for my friend Noah Kagan’s birthday! We were in the Florida Keys (specifically Islamorada) with trips to Key West.

Here's some fun pics:

Where we stayed

It was always a beautiful view of the ocean

Worked out here everyday

Hanging out on the beach

Playing volleyball

More volleyball

Our buddy Andrew Chen on phone calls all day πŸ˜‚

Two people a day would give a little "class" on any subject

Our friend Joe gave a whole talk on the physics of airplane lift

We paddle boarded through mangrove trees (I saw TWO SHARKS in the water)!

Perfect street to ride on for Noah's bday!

Biking around Key West, FL.

So long Florida, it was a fun trip!

Interesting:

Now this is a total "1st World Problem".... but right after this week long birthday in Florida, I had ANOTHER friend doing a week long birthday ski trip in Utah (which I am currently writing this from) πŸ˜‚

This is Park City, Utah

We went skiing

This picture was very difficult to get

4 of us went out one day, everyone else at the house wussed out!

I never ski with a face covering, and on Wednesday it was so cold for the first time the cold wind hurt my face 😬

Where I'm writing this from

Drawing:

This is a concept I always love explaining to people:

The "90-9-1 Rule" is a rule about most public online groups that states:

90% of people just lurk:

9% of people casually participate:

1% of people create most of the content:

This applies to most β€œgroups” such as friend groups, political parties, social networks, and countries.

This means you can have an outsized impact by creating content.

If you have 1,000 friends on Facebook, and we apply this 90-9-1 Rule to it, here’s how it breaks down:

If you have 1,000 Facebook friends:
1% of 1,000 = 10 friends that post allllll the time.
9% of 1,000 = 90 friends that post from time-to-time.
90% of 1,000 = 900 friends that never really post.

I bet you notice this on social networks you’re part of. There’s maybe 5 to 30 people you see pop up every time, simply because they create the most content!

90 9 1 Friend Distribution

This is why you can massively amplify your voice by being the 1% that creates content others consume.

It's not for everybody, but it's a cool fact!

Hope you enjoyed these little tidbits, have a happy Friday!
