Making $50k per Month with "Niche Blogs"

So, how does someone build niche blogs that make over $50,000 a month from display ads?

Well, lots of content and great on-page SEO.

However, there is so much more to what Jon Dykstra does that has allowed him to build such a succesful portfolio of sites.
