Sam Parr and Shaan Puri interview Alex Hormozi to discuss his journey from sleeping on gym floors to making millions.

After advice from Russell Brunson of ClickFunnels, Hormozi changed his business model from running gyms to teaching gyms how to get more customers.

"You are in a level 2 business opportunity with a level 10 skill set."

I highly recommend listening to the full interview. There are some big insights for sales and entrepreneurship. I've listened to it a few times now.

Using Challenges and Pranks to Build a Massive YouTube Audience

The PublishPress features Matthew Beem who has grown to 1.34m subscribers on YouTube in a couple of years.

His first viral success was building a custom car for MrBeast.

Big Idea: Getting the attention of influencers with large followings is a rocket boost for audience building. This is basically what everyone is trying to do on social media.

A great example is how Jack Butcher's @VisualizeValue blew up online after his Naval Ravikant Alamanac thread.

The returns on doing this well can be massive so it's worth investing in.

One of the most effective ways to get promoted is to buy the products and courses of your favorite influencers and become the perfect testimonial for them.
