U.S. tech companies grapple with war in Ukraine: Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is having a deep impact on startups in Seattle, Silicon Valley and other parts of the country that often work with teams in Ukraine, tapping the country’s large pool of English-speaking programmers, project managers and other technologists. The conflict is adding more layers of operational and cultural complexity after a tumultuous two years under the COVID-19 pandemic.
