Justin brands himself as the "sponsorship coach" and by focusing on a narrow niche like this he's grown his newsletter to over 3800 subscribers in a short time and has 19.6k Twitter followers.

He recently sold 42 of his high-end cohort-based course and has plans to raise the price to $2000.

Big Idea: Going ultra-niche like this makes it easier to differentiate yourself and offer premium services.
