Henrik Fisker, CEO of electric vehicle maker Fisker Inc., announced his departure from Twitter over concerns about how the social media platform will operate under ownership by Tesla billionaire Elon Musk, a longtime rival and self-styled “free speech absolutist.”

Tesla shareholders seemed unhappy with the Twitter deal, with shares of the electric vehicle maker falling nearly 12% Tuesday, erasing nearly $130 billion from the company’s market capitalization—and $29 billion from its CEO’s fortune—in less than a day.

The
housing market has taken off this year as home prices continue to surge amid high inflation and ongoing supply chain issues, but some experts say prices could soon level out as mortgage rates rise and demand drops.

Higher education institutions offering several amenities have more appeal compared to cheaper options with fewer perks, according to
a survey of 786 U.S. high school seniors highlighting what matters to prospective freshmen despite concerns about student debt.

Bowing to unionization pressure,
Delta Air Lines said yesterday it will start paying flight attendants during boarding—and not when the airplane's cabin doors close, as it’s current practice, becoming the first U.S. carrier to do so.
