New Old Age - Two hours is all you need
Do we need another productivity app, tool, workshop, podcasts, books? Maybe two hours a day is all we need to do our most productive and most important work. Two hours without emails, snacks, calls, texts, notifications, social media, news feeds, demanding children/pets. Two hours without distractions of any kind. It might be two uninterrupted hours between 5am to 7am or 10am to 12pm or 8pm to 10pm. Whatever two hours naturally works best. Protecting these periods of focused, deep work is essential for feeling in control of our lives and getting better work done faster. Less chaos, more control and greater productivity without all the drama. Without all the hoo-ha. Without any stress.
