First came Instagram Reels, then came Remix, and now there’s Remix templates. 

Remixing is great for adding to an existing conversation but it’s not the only way you can get inspiration from another account’s content. 

In some cases, you can replicate other creators’ shots and pacing while replacing their clips with your own.

When you find a reel you like, tap the Use Template button above the username. Then tap the Add Media button to upload your own video. 

Note that you’ll need to replicate any effects or captions using the editing tips and tools in the rest of this article.
