  • 😲 Elon wants out of his deal to by Twitter for $44 billion. 90 days ago, Musk wanted to buy Twitter in order to clean up the bot problem. Now he wants to get out because of the bot problem. If the deal goes through, he would spend $33.5 billion of his own money and $13 billion of debt financing from his banks, If the banks don’t hold up their end of the bargain,  Elon would pay the $1 billion to walk away.
