[Brand Update] How one product saved our numbers

Hey Reader,

Five years ago, I started from scratch and built a 7-figure brand. I’ve been documenting its progress over the years.

In my latest brand year-in-review, I give an update on how my company is doing post-pandemic, how we kept our TACoS down, and the home run product that kept our numbers from dropping.

The brand, half a decade later

So Many Roaches

For our Secret Sauce last week, we dove into an unconventional take on product development that I’ve coined the “Cockroach Method”.

This approach focuses on oversized products and how you can make margins even with low volume shipments. It seems counterintuitive at first, but it’s worked for me over the years.

This method is just one of the lesser-known strategies we’re covering on our Secret Sauce sessions. EcomCrew Secret Sauce is a subscription where sellers get access to comprehensive mini-classes on key strategies in ecommerce, ones that you don’t get in how-to books or tutorial videos on YouTube.

And it’s not all about theories and “hacks.” We’ll actually use the strategies we teach in our own brands, and you’ll get an exclusive email every month, discussing how the techniques we use affected our numbers.

Even if you’re just signing up today, you can access the whole library of our previous classes.

Get the Secret Sauce.

Happy selling,

Dave
