I’m delighted to announce that Yahoo has acquired The Factual, allowing us to bring the credible news you have enjoyed to millions of readers worldwide. This will help us have the kind of impact we always envisioned: to help the public trust news sources again by giving them all the facts so they can reach their own conclusions.

So, what does this mean for you? 

The Factual will continue as is, and you will continue to enjoy the same service across all our products, including the newsletter, app, and website. And if you have any feedback, you can continue to write to me and I will do my best to respond in a timely manner.

From a legal standpoint, use of our products will now be governed by Yahoo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which have been updated on The Factual’s website, Mobile App and Newsletter.
