We all know it goes up on a Tuesday, and today’s no different. We’re reaching out with a very exciting announcement: The GIST is (re)launching our job board!

It’s no surprise that the sports industry is male-dominated. And it’s no surprise that The GIST is trying to change that. Enter: our new and improved job board.

The board will be one of the few centralized places to find employment opportunities in sports marketed specifically to women and non-binary folks.

All companies and roles will be vetted by us (based on qualities like percentage of women in leadership), so you can trust that only the best organizations and opportunities will make the cut.

• You’ll be able to browse the top jobs in the game, including positions with leagues and teams as well as sports tech, marketing and media companies, among others.

As a GISTer, you can create a free (!!!) candidate profile to both apply for roles directly through the board, and so that companies can reach out if they think you’re a good fit.

• We’ll also profile new roles each month in our newsletters and socials, so keep your eyes peeled!
