Over the past week, I’ve been thinking a lot about mindset. One idea, in particular, for me is:
Just because you have the time to do something doesn’t mean you have the energy.
I often have free time but may need more energy or mental capacity to work on stuff during that time. 
Can you relate?
If so, start paying attention to when you are most productive. Most of us are early birds or night owls. That’s when our energy is at its highest.
(Mostly, for me, this is in the mornings. But tends to shift as needed with caregiving and work responsibilities.)
Save some of that high-energy time for work that will help the future of your business, like setting up systems, planning, and setting up passive income products – tasks that create leverage and can continue to work for you long after they are done.
I compiled a list of 29 other mindset tips I’ve learned over the years. Awareness of these can help us better navigate the day-to-day juggle of it all:
