In ZipMessage, we're working on a full-featured "Contacts" area, to manage all the people you communicate with, with power features like custom fields and more.  Things like this seem so simple to users, but are always more complex to build than you might think!

Building in public ain’t all about the highlight reel. Craig Hewitt and I agree that there’s so much more to learn from our fails. The question is, how can we share them publicly in a helpful (and healthy) way?

Jordan talks defining their category and stepping back into the sales demo seat. Brian launched a community strategy while big product plans are underway in Q4.
