Last year, I set a goal to grow Niche Pursuits. As I look back at the growth, it's incredible!

I hired great people, put solid processes in place, and executed on the plan.

This 2 year old tools site making $76 per month has just been added to the marketplace. The site is monetized via Amazon and Ezoic and has 55 posts live.

Only an estimated 23% of the ranking keywords target an informational intent though and the majority of content is about drills. So this leaves a lot of room for a new owner to expand content into different silos, adding more informational content, and expanding into other affiliate programs.

This 1 year and 3 month old technology site is also available for new ownership. The site has 135 posts live with a decent upward trend for its top 11-100 keywords.

But only 25% of the current ranking keywords have an informational intent and the existing affiliate content could be edited and optimized. Also most of the traffic comes from Bing so there is room to improve optimization for Google and expand into other affiliate offerings.

Coming up on 3 years old, this biking niche site makes an average of $127 per month from Amazon, Ezoic, and digital products. This is a great opportunity for a new owner. And the site also comes with an email list of 990 subscribers on ConvertKit where they sell their digital products.

The site has 169 articles live but most of the traffic is coming from Bing with an estimated 33% of their ranking keywords having informational intent. The new owner can expand their informational content and build upon the different monetization opportunities available.
