Yesterday, I told you about the changes I made to the business and promised two more emails this week.

This one - that's a lot briefer than yesterday's 😅 - walks you through the changes I've made to the 1:1s I offer.

When I re-did the premise of the business from the ground up over the holidays and in the beginning of the year, I also took a step back to consider where and how I can best provide value to you individually.

I want to continue to offer 1:1s and am focusing my offer.

As of now, you can work with me to create or update a tailor-made marketing plan according to the principles I mentioned yesterday:

joy first, leverage your strengths and talents, support your authenticity, create confidence through competence, socials optional.

How my updated 1:1s work:

You can come to me to create a marketing plan from scratch or re-evaluate and joy-up your existing marketing strategy.

1. We'll work together for two hours online (or in-person if we're in the same town).
2. Where applicable we'll review your marketing so far, what's been working and what hasn't.
3. We'll look at your strengths and talents and what you like to do (this tends to be the key and most transformative part).
4. We'll choose marketing channels around that that match your strengths, talents, and what you like to do.
5. Then we'll build your marketing plan around that .
6. We look at daily and weekly tasks you need and want to do to promote your work, so your plan is actionable.

Where necessary, the 1:1s will come with prep work ahead of the session.

The outcome of this is a marketing plan that is and feels you.

When you do something you like and feel competent about, you'll have a much easier time to do it on a regular basis. I also like how this approach respects and supports your authenticity and makes room for it.

I expect that the marketing plan we create will last you for months or even years to come, so these sessions are one-off.
