Blessed Imbolc, Here Is Your Tarot Reading
If you would like a tarot reading, get in touch with me at enneagramastrologytarot@gmail.com. Follow me on Medium as well! From Wikimedia Commons, Imbolc Ritual Altar. At Imbolc, a sense of hope begins to permeate the air. Since winter has been extended, gloomy, and cold, Imbolc marks the beginning of spring. The festival of Imbolc begins on February 1st and ends on February 2nd. It marks the halfway point between Yule and Ostara, the first day of spring. In Imbolc, the spring seeds are brewing in the mother's belly. Now that the days are longer, you feel more inspired to move forward with any goals you set as you lift out of the slump. You will also think of Brigid when you think of Imbolc, the goddess of life, fertility, and spring. Imbolc has associations with that goddess since she represents the festival. As a result of last year's chaos and disappointments, as well as the pandemic, many people have had a gloomy winter. As you can see, warmer weather is on the horizon now that the pandemic is mostly under control. As you prepare to put away your winter clothes and items for spring, Imbolc is when you begin cleaning. Let's examine how a tarot spread can help you connect with goddess Brigid if you celebrate Imbolc. Tarot Spread For Imbolc 2023A tarot spread for Imbolc can help you release issues to move forward with a fresh start. The following is a five-card Imbolc tarot spread. The left card is card one, the middle card is card two, and the right is card three. The fourth card is above the second card, and the fifth is below the second. The first card represents what you must release since you will know what is no longer serving you. Spring is an excellent time to let it go. The second card illustrates how to create a welcoming environment for anything new. After releasing what no longer serves you, card three shows what will awaken as you add anything brand new that will help you. The fourth card offers suggestions for nurturing what has emerged due to the clearing. Finally, you must hear the goddess Brigid's message on card five. You will want to incorporate this tarot spread into your ritual regardless of whether you celebrate Imbolc outdoors in nature or indoors. However, the reading I'm doing now is a collective one for Imbolc. The result is as follows: Card one represents what to remove from your life: Page of Cups reversed. Card two shows how you can best cleanse the area to allow new things: Ten of Cups reversed. Card three shows what will show up as you release what no longer serves you: The Chariot. Card four shows how to nurture what has shown within you: Six of Cups. Card five is the goddess Brigid’s message: Ace of Pentacles. Starting with the first card, let's take a closer look at what messages each of these cards convey to you, as you should note them as they are essential for everyone. Card One: Page of Cups ReversedYou will want to let go of whatever is no longer serving you before spring arrives, as shown in card one. Next, the reversed Page of Cups appears. A Page of Cups upright symbolizes creative and intuitive ideas, opportunities, or messages. Conversely, it indicates creative blocks, emotional immaturity, holding onto poor emotional habits, and self-doubt, especially when you doubt any intuitive messages you receive when the card is reversed. Water signs like Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces also have shadow sides. Stuck in a long, gloomy winter can lead to poor habits and emotional struggles. Spring is just around the corner, and you must let go of that to bring in new energies that will serve you well. If you need help managing your emotions and removing self-doubt, speak with a therapist or a coach. Then, I'd like to show you the next card. Card Two: Ten of Cups ReversedThe Ten of Cups reversed shows up on card two as a symbol of clearing the space for new beginnings. When the Ten of Cups is upright, it represents happiness and family support; when it is reversed, it represents unhappiness. To enable new positive things to enter your life, you must remove everything that makes you unhappy. Things causing unhappiness in your life, such as toxic relationships and toxic habits, which again are related to card one, must be removed. When you cannot get rid of these things, such as a stressful family situation or a job you don't like, you must find ways to manage them. Imagine, for instance, that you dislike your coworkers because they are toxic to you. Whenever possible, minimize contact with them, and consider looking for another job. The third card is next. Card Three: ChariotThe Chariot appears when you remove what no longer serves you, as indicated by the first two cards. The Chariot represents determination, motivation, and doing what you can to overcome obstacles. As a result, once you get rid of the junk that holds you back, you can access all of that within yourself. You will find that you have the energy and determination to pursue the goals and dreams you didn't have during the first part of the winter. Even if you don't get motivated to clean your closet or organize your home, you'll have the motivation to do chores you put off earlier in the winter. After doing the work to let go of what you need to let go, there is no stopping you once you find that drive. So let's take a look at the fourth card. Card Four: Six of CupsAs the Six of Cups reveals, nurturing what has awakened within you is essential. You need to act with innocence and faith, as that card represents. Keep your faith despite life's challenges and obstacles, and don't let it go. This card also conveys that you will want to nurture your inner child, meaning you will want to spend time playing and working. Nurture your inner child by painting, sculpting, or collecting coins and cards. It will be easier to maintain faith if you nurture your inner child. The final card is shown below. Card Five: Ace of PentaclesThe fifth card represents Brigid's message, the Ace of Pentacles. This card represents manifestation, money, and new opportunities, whether they are related to business, employment, or health. Whatever you put your mind to, you can manifest it. You can manifest whatever you want as you clear and remove everything that no longer serves you. However, consider cards three and four, the Chariot and Six of Cups. Manifesting what you want requires you to take the appropriate action, which requires determination. Additionally, you should keep the faith and find some joy in your challenging work. Keep sight of the prize, and wonderful opportunities will arise. You have the power to bring what you want into your life, but you have to do the work, which includes removing what no longer serves you. Spring is a fertile time for manifesting what you choose, as the goddess Brigid reiterates in the reading, so Imbolc is a time for planting seeds for bringing in spring energies. During Imbolc, you are reminded that spring is just around the corner so you can enjoy warmer weather and everything else on the way. You’re currently a free subscriber to Miriam Reads Tarot .
