Say “No” to No-reply Email Addresses

As an email marketer—and consumer—I’m firmly against the use of “no-reply@‍company‍.com” email addresses.

The second I see that as the reply-to email address from a sender, it immediately tells me they have no desire to hear from me as a customer, whether I need help or just want tell them something positive.
