Your offer needs to connect with your prospects on a more holistic level

Your offer should poke at your prospects pain points

Understand their goals

And position YOU as their knight in shining armor

It cannot be just: Hey, I'm Pete and I will fix your emails

(No offence, Pete)

Rather try:

Hey, I am [insert your beautiful name], and I will help you scale your eCom/SaaS by generating X through Y in Z days

Or you don't pay me at all...

Your offer needs to be carried on the back of a guarantee, an immediate outcome and your services

To break it down:

A guarantee: To make your claim reliable and achievable.
Example: I will help you generate X through Y in Z days. Or you don't pay!
The immediate outcome: To help your client understand the outcome of your service.
Example: Convert free trials to conversions and nurture current subscribers to generate more MRR
The service(s): A detailed breakdown of your service, so the client doesn't ask: how?
Example: Set up pre-purchase flows, set up post-purchase flows, and send weekly campaigns to retain and convert

Identifying a niche and formulating the perfect offer will take time

2/ Mastering A Monetizable Skill

This is the stage where you identify your niche, your skillset, your target audience, site & funnel, and everything else you need to sprinkle on top!

Let's focus on the skillset.

Here are 11 In-Demand Skills you can Master:

Lead Gen
CRO
Ghostwriting
SMM
Media Buying
Copywriting
Sales
Paid Ads Management
SEO
Branding/Product Expert
Shopify Development

Ideally, this should take you 3-4 months to master

But I do know individuals who went monk mode and did it in just 45 days

Once you have the desired skillset, it's time to map out the funnel

Identify your BIG fat claim! E.g. Make 30% extra revenue through emails else you don't pay me a dime
Create your landing page with a VSL and CTA
Add case studies, the modus operandi, and your guarantee

Realistically speaking, you would need to have worked with a few clients before you create the funnel

I know! Chicken and egg situation, right?

Not at all! Reach out to your peers or Utopians and offer to work for free in exchange for testimonials.

Your results will act as an amazing guarantee and give you proof of your success.

Lastly: Visualize your target audience

I'm not saying you need to identify

No!

Put a face to them and KNOW your target audience

For example, I call my target audience eCom Jake!

They are a SaaS brand owner with $30k+ MRR

And are ready to pay $2k-$5k for my service

3/ Prospecting & Sales

Prospecting is an art

This is going to hook your client on and keep them coming for more

Honestly, this is where most agency owners give up and go home

Despite it being called "hard," you only need to know 2 strategies

1. Personal brand on Twitter

Post 2 threads a week
Post 5 tweets a day
Send 10 dms
Send 1 auto-dm a week

What defines your success here?

Remember, you shouldn't be hoping for a one-hit wonder here

Consistency is the key

So follow the schedule and keep on laying out the content

2. Cold emails

Warm up a domain
Send out 10-15 personalized emails a day
Optimize the emails

Success is in numbers

You won't land the right client in just a week

You'll need to push out 200-400 emails before you start hearing your first Yes!

4/ Onboarding

Your first yes is going to put you on a whole different level!

You've just achieved what most only dream of...

But it's time to reel the client home.

1. Access and content strategy

The moment they pay, send them the onboarding questionnaire
Your questionnaire should ask them about their goals, their target audiences, the current setup, their competition, and their offer, and grant you access to everything you need
Fasten the pace of the communication by setting up slack for them
Use the content they've added to the questionnaire to create a strategy for them

2. Kick off call

Use kick off call as the opportunity to understand their goals and branding
& show them the roadmap of what to expect ahead

5/ Actual Work, Optimization & Growth

When it comes to deliverables and actual work, there are ONLY 3 things you need to keep in mind:

Low hanging fruits:
Identify the lowest hanging fruits as per your strategy and implement it
Creating systems:
These will tremendously speed up the process by answering the "what's next?" question. The right system will take you to step by step through the setup and prepare you to deliver.
Reporting & optimization:
Your initial setup will never be perfect. It will need iterative improvements. Every month, show your client the findings and how you'll optimize your results.

Once you a firm grip on your systems and know a majority of them are automated, you can easily scale your services

Two of my favorite ways to attract more clients are:

Creating before & after case studies - This is the proof supporting the claim behind your offer
Ask for referrals - You've already impressed your clients. Time to impress their friends. By the second/third month, ask them for a referral and be willing to offer them an incentive too!
