Boutique Consulting Club - Changes To Newsletter

A quick message to those of you who have been following the newsletter for the last two years: Changes are coming.

I'm very thankful to all of you who have been sharing and engaging with posts. The Boutique Consulting Club blog continues to grow, to a size I did not expect to see in this time frame. And to sustain this growth (and continue to deliver value to you) we decided to make some long-needed changes.

In a nutshell:

• We're redesigning the blog to make it easier for you to find and consume content;
• We're gradually creating other sources of value such as long-form articles, online workshops and meetups, and downloadable tools and templates;
• We're changing the format of this "Adding Value" newsletter.

On this last point, specifically, two things are changing in this newsletter.

First, we are changing the publishing frequency from daily to weekly. This decreases the "noise to signal ratio". It avoids you from getting lost in a sea of emails on the same topic. And it also gives me some personal bandwidth to support the creation of more and better content in the blog.

Second, we are changing the format - from free-flow writing to a structured one. To the dozens of consultants who mentioned enjoying my style: I will still inject my personality in this newsletter. But a fixed structure acts as a guardrail and forces me to avoid publishing content with little practical value for you.

While the blog redesign will likely take a couple of months to be completed, the next email you receive will already follow the new changes. I hope you stick around and appreciate all the feedback and support.
