Currently in sat in a beautiful hotel in Seoul, Korea, loving the food here so much more than Bali (sorry once again). After traveling I realized I'm more of a city guy.

I felt like Ubud in Bali was a huge tourist trap, really didn't enjoy that part. Enjoyed Seminyak and Canggu though. Btw, if you haven't seen my revenue thread for March, here it is, might be time to hang up the laces. The engagement sucks, it's either because my revenue is too low, or you guys are sick of it.

So revenue wise, I had a good month, and it's mostly because of this newsletter, shoutouts to you readers, you made this possible 🙏. I used Service Provider Pro as a media kit, and honestly, it's been a game changer.

As of April 1st 2023, my net worth is at $3.95m. My true net worth, including Indexsy and the Binance account is about $5.4m, but I choose to ignore these assets.

This is down by $1.7k from March 1st 2023, but up $2.05m from when I first started tracking my net worth back in January 2021. You know what I'm happy though, because I just paid 6-figures in taxes.

Here’s my most recent net worth split, I’m sat on about $520k cash right now, down about 150k from last month, and I’m currently averaging into the stock market at a rate of $15-20k/mo.

Stonks (Personal): $163166.96, largest holding here are my bonds.. I have about $90k of $CASH.TO which is paying about 4% a year. But yo, the etf holds only bank bonds, if bank run happens I'm so effed.
Stonks (Business): $804601.24, largest holding is bonds right now, with $TSLA running I'm thinking if I should exit some positions, we'll see.
Watches: $114k, most expensive watch is still my Vacheron Constantin Overseas which I bought for $17.7k. Watches bounced slightly, we back boys.
Current price: $32k (last month $31.4k ). Unrealized gains: $14.3k.
Crypto (Personal): $430k, up bigly from last month, WE ARE SO BACK BABY. Largest holdings are still 80.1 ETH, 5.2 BTC, and 515 BNB. Cost basis of ETH is less than $100 USD each, BTC would be less than $5k, and BNB would be about $1 USD. Been buying stuff up lately.
Real Estate: $2,700,000.00, my largest holding, the Lisbon 8-unit apartment building, it generated $6k in free cashflow in March, details here.
Websites (excl. F&A + Indexsy): $700k, one of my main sites got clapped, sad, but still hopeful. Will keep on trucking.
