“When it comes to the types of touch, there are infinite possibilities – and that tells you how personal that it can be between people and with ourselves.”

Photographer and educator Tayanna Nelson teaches a masterclass in consent-based and trauma-informed boudoir photography. Her studio, Good Bodies, is committed to reducing harm in the boudoir space and celebrating marginalized bodies. Nelson explains how she collaborates with her clients to understand the diversity of personal touch preferences and triggers as she shepherds them into the beautiful and vulnerable experience of shedding their clothes. She hears and honors her clients’ stories and places them in a light that makes them feel powerful and safe, that’s centers the pleasure of her subjects’ gaze above all others. Watch Tayanna Nelson’s bold 14-minute talk about how sensuality is feeling connected to ourselves, and stay around for the tender Q&A where she answers brave, honest questions from the CreativeMornings/Kansas City audience.

🎉 Introducing Our Grow Your Own Way Grand Prize Winners!

In April, we launched the Grow Your Own Way giveaway, a campaign to help Mailchimp & Co meet new agency and freelancer friends around the world and connect them with helpful resources to grow their businesses. We picked two grand prize winners, the first of whom we’re introducing in this issue!
