Utopia - Why Cold Email Doesn’t Work

I've recently come to an important realization…

It's getting more and more difficult for beginners to get clients.

Why?

Try answering this simple question…

"Why would someone choose me over someone else?"

Because your cold email stands out more?

Because your landing page is prettier?

Because you stack your offer with a bunch of claims that you don’t actually know you can deliver on?

This is how I used to operate.

But this creates a race to the bottom.

Your potential client will end up simply picking the cheapest option.

If you’re on social media, you see all the top-tier content people are providing for free.

And this makes your potential clients more informed. 

When audiences become informed, competition is formed.

And now, to stand out from the competition, YOU have to become someone that people want to work with.

Example:

Cold emails used to be the way…

But now?

You have to send hundreds of emails just to get a positive reply.

And of those replies, only a small fraction will ever hop on a call.

And an even smaller fraction will actually buy from you. 

Paid ads?

Sure, they can work.

IF you have a proven offer and thousands of dollars to dump into testing ads. 

You might as well go gamble your money at the casino.

Seriously, think about it…

You're trying to make a deal with a complete stranger.

There's no trust.

There's no context.

There's no brand.

Isn't the goal for your business to build something you truly enjoy?

To work with clients you enjoy talking to? 

And not make it feel like another job?

Then why in the world would you think you can find that person from cold email, cold dm, or paid ad?

It’s a needle-in-a-haystack approach.

I’ve been there. And I can tell you firsthand it’s NOT fun.

So it's time to find a better way.

You NEED to start creating WARM leads.

Work with high-ticket clients who make life easier.

Because that's when business gets fun.
