How My AI Articles Are Performing in Google...

Should I use AI to generate articles for my website, or shouldn't I?

This is a question I have been asking since late last year.

For fun side projects the answer was obvious. "Sure!"

But for my bigger sites, I was not interested in messing up the growth I was seeing without AI.

However, as Google started making it more and more clear that they will rank articles generated with Artificial Intelligence as long as it's still "helpful content", I decided to dip my toes in the AI waters for Niche Pursuits.

Gulp.

I published my first "AI-assisted" article on Niche Pursuits in late March.

I started with a small batch of 10 or so articles and the results were pretty good!

So, over the past few months, I've now published 94 articles using AI and the results are pretty staggering.

Check out this graph that shows the organic traffic from Google coming to these 94 articles:

In the last 2 months, these articles have driven nearly 30,000 clicks from Google and are now accounting for over 1,200 visitors a day from Google organic traffic.

When you see a graph going up and to the right like this...what sort of decision do you think I should make as it relates to doing more or less AI content?

The answer is obvious.

I am NOT a fan of using a tool that generates an entire article and hitting publish.

That's a great way to fail at publishing helpful content.

In fact, my authors still take 2 to 3 hours to produce the right type of AI-assisted content.

Maybe that's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth.

However, I've now dropped my content costs for these types of articles by over half when compared to fully "human-written" content.

Honestly, I'm not here to convince you to use AI for your content.

But I KNOW this is a huge curiosity and/or concern for many bloggers.

So, I want to show you what I'm doing and let you decide if it's worth the "risk" for yourself.
