Brandon's Background:

• Started the Lovell Fund with the goal of acquiring businesses where his team can increase efficiencies and empower employees
• CEO and owner of a multimillion-dollar civil engineering company

In 2022, the annual revenue was $2.2 million, $1.1 million YTD as of June 30. The annual revenue is around $4.6mm, EBITA is about $1.1m (expecting 4-5x), and the appraised value is around $6.2m. The owners have 23 employees and full inventory worth around $1m.
