I had an amazing coaching call this morning (What's up, Tan!) where I walked through this idea for what felt like the 1,000th time.

I've been sitting on it for almost a year now, and I've done a great job of filling that space with excuses instead of action...

"I haven't published any content in a while. These people don't know me well enough to sign up for something like that."

"There are plenty of alternatives already out there. I don't think anyone would be interested in my version of things."

"What if nobody joins? What if it's a total flop? That would be embarrassing."

You and I both know that's just imposter syndrome pushing it's way to the forefront, and frankly I'm just tired of dragging my feet on this.

So, here's the 60-second "pitch," even though I have nothing to sell you today...

My only goal with this email: If this existed tomorrow, would you be interested?

The Productize Mastermind Community

This is a private, paid, and thoughtfully moderated community designed to help productized service owners avoid unnecessary roadblocks, accelerate their growth, and get support/mentorship from peers along the way.

Membership will be application-based, and reserved for business owners who already have demonstrable traction with their productized service. The total number of members will be capped at 250 and I'll be refunding anyone who isn't active.

What's Definitely Included With Your Membership:

• Free access to the Productize Course
• Free and advanced access to future products (at least 1-2 per year)
• Weekly sessions with me (Ex: Office Hours, Workshops, Live Coaching)
• Monthly sessions with guest experts (Ex: Webinars, AMAs)
• Dedicated spaces for feedback, hiring/collabs, referrals, and more
• A searchable, filterable directory of members
• An ever-expanding library of swipe files and resources
• Monthly updates on my businesses and the community

What Could Potentially Be Included Some Day:

• Monthly accountability challenges (Ex: Lead Gen, Personal Branding)
• Curated group masterminds
• Annual "credits" to use for 1:1 coaching with me
• Exclusive bonus content (Ex: Private Podcast Feed, Website Audits)

I plan to actively listen to the community and layer on additional benefits or experiences that make it a better value for members over time.

Cost Of Membership:

I think this membership is worth $100/month or $1,000/year as outlined above. But, it's a lot like a gym membership – you only get out as much value as you put in.

With quite literally zero active members, I'm thinking I'll need to start considerably lower, and was thinking that $25/month or $300/year feels like a no-brainer.

Here's the catch...It's detrimental to the rest of the community members to constantly have people coming and going, so I think I'm going to force folks to commit to at least 6 months, and ideally 12 months up front.

We'll still be able to break it into monthly payments, but everyone is financially committed to at least a six month term, which incentivizes them to be active, value-added members of the community to avoid wasting their money.

Of course, all of this is flexible, but you've got to start somewhere.

I'm pretty committed to this idea. I think it's one of the most impactful ways I can help people adopt the productized service model and use it to achieve the bigger goals they have for their life and career.

Obviously, I can't make much of an impact if there aren't any members to serve, so I'd like to hand the microphone over to you...
