I’ve always fancied the holiday, even though I’ve been single for most of my life.

I’ve bought the greetings cards and the candy, the flowers and the teddy bars - for myself, my friends, and for people I loved.

So sure, there are obvious ways to profit off of love (just open a last-minute flower/candy/card delivery service that promises to drop off items in 15-minutes or less and you’ll make money and be heroic).

But this newsletter isn’t about the obvious.

Professional Matchmaker

• For this job, you must have a love for connecting people and be able to get to know clients quickly and well enough to find them a good match. You also have to be a good debater if your client has some…quirks…that need your encouragement to work on. 

• Whether working for another matchmaker, another service, or your own business, it’s said that experienced matchmakers can make up to six figures, depending on client load.

• Have you ever set up two friends on a date? Are you the one that people come to for a friend's number or an introduction? It is about time you got paid for it, is it not?
