Today Clipboard Health is an incredible company with a product used by thousands of healthcare facilities, and was most recently valued at over a billion dollars. 

But the idea they're known for today isn't the idea they started with.

I recently interviewed Clipboard Health founder Wei Deng to learn more about what Garry Tan calls "one of the most impressive pivots" he has ever seen. Find my notes from that interview here:
